Live Blackjack Dealt By Real Dealers

Live blackjack puts you at a studio table with a human dealer, BDT stakes and a hand you play out on your own screen.

What Sits In Our Blackjack Lobby

Live blackjack here runs on Evolution and Pragmatic Play tables — dealers on camera, cards dealt in real time, and your decisions on a betting clock that keeps the shoe moving. You start a hand by placing a stake, then hit, stand, double or split as the dealer works through the table. Side bets like perfect pairs and 21+3 sit on the

same layout if you want them. Chat with the dealer, use the bet-behind slot when every seat is taken, and switch tables without leaving the lobby. Our Dhaka Live Table shares the room, and the same wallet covers our cricket markets once the BPL is on.

AT THE TABLE

Help While You Hold A Seat

Something goes wrong mid-hand and you want a person, not a help page. Our support team handles live blackjack cases directly — a stake that didn't register, a seat that dropped when your mobile signal cut, or a buy-in that left your bKash wallet but hasn't shown at the table. Keep the round ID from your table history and message us; we'll check the studio's log against the account wallet. Rule questions, side bet payouts and betting clock issues we answer from the table's own rule sheet.

Live Chat Open live chat from the table screen and paste the round ID from your hand history. We check the studio's round log against your wallet and come back with a clear answer.
Table Rule Sheet Every live blackjack table carries its own rule sheet inside the lobby — when the dealer hits or stands, doubling rules, side bet payouts. Read it before you place a stake so there's no surprise mid-hand.
Wallet Help Stake left your bKash, Nagad or Rocket wallet but didn't reach the table? Send us the transaction ID in chat and we trace it through the account wallet before your next hand.
FAIR DEAL CHECKS

How We Keep The Deal Straight

Live blackjack is only worth playing if the deal is straight, so we keep the checks where you can see them. Cards come from the studio's own shoe, every round is recorded by the provider, and your table history shows each hand with its stake and result. We publish the rule sheet for every table — dealer stands on soft 17 or hits it, when doubling is allowed, what insurance pays — and you can read it before a single stake goes down. Nothing important hides in a pop-up at the table.

Studio-Supplied Cards

Cards and shoes come from the game studio, not from us. Evolution and Pragmatic Play run the tables, film them, and publish the rules each table deals under, so the deal is theirs to stand behind.

Round Records On File

Each hand you play is logged to your table history with stake, result and round ID. If a payout looks wrong, that record is what we check against the studio's own log.

Published Table Rules

Dealer behaviour, doubling, splitting and insurance terms sit on the table's rule sheet inside the lobby, visible before you place a stake. Rules differ between tables, so read the one in front of you.

Wallet You Control

Your stake leaves the account wallet only when you place it, and winnings settle back the same way. Withdrawal requests go through wallet verification before any money moves to bKash, Nagad or Rocket.

Blackjack Words You'll Hear At The Table

Blackjack carries its own vocabulary, and a live dealer speaks it fast. These are the terms that come up most at our tables, explained the way you'd hear them across a card table here rather than in a rulebook. Skim them once before you take a seat and the betting clock will feel a lot less tight.

Bet behind

A live table has limited seats, so bet behind lets you ride another player's hand from the rail. You win or lose with their cards, but you don't make the decisions.

Insurance

A side stake you can take when the dealer's up-card is an ace. You're betting the dealer holds blackjack; it pays twice your side stake if they do, and the side stake is lost if they don't.

Double down

You double your original stake and receive exactly one more card, then the hand closes. It makes sense when your first two cards total ten or eleven and the dealer looks weak.

Shoe

The rack the dealer draws cards from, holding several shuffled decks. In live blackjack the shoe is physical and on camera, so the cards you see dealt are the cards in play.

Perfect pairs

A side bet on your first two cards being an identical pair — same rank and same suit. It pays more than a mixed pair, and it settles before you play the hand out.

Betting clock

The countdown that runs before each decision at a live table. Place your stake or call hit, stand, double or split before it ends, or the software plays the hand for you.

Blackjack Live Questions, Answered Quickly

The questions below are the ones that come up again and again on live chat, answered short so you can get back to the table. If yours isn't here, message support with your round ID and we'll pull the hand from the studio log. Stake ranges and side bet terms differ table to table, so read the rule sheet on the table before you place a stake.

Yes — our live tables run in the mobile browser, so you can open a hand on your phone without installing anything. Access depends on your region and local law, so check eligibility for your area first.

Each studio sets its own table limits, and the layout shows the minimum and maximum before you sit down. Filter the lobby by stake level to find a table that fits your wallet balance.

Once a hand settles, the result posts to your account wallet and the balance updates at the table. Withdrawals then follow wallet verification before money leaves for bKash, Nagad or Rocket.

Your stake stays in play and the studio finishes the round. Reopen the table and you rejoin the current hand; the settled result lands in your table history either way.

Every table has a live dealer in the studio, and the chat box under the video reaches them directly. Dealers reply between hands, so you may wait a round or two for an answer.

In the live version a human dealer shuffles and deals real cards on camera, so you watch each card land instead of seeing a random-number result. Rules and payouts follow the same table logic.
